You will be joining a leading CDMO organisation operating within a complex, highly regulated environment, delivering large-scale programmes across multiple work streams. The business is recognised for its structured approach to programme delivery and commitment to planning excellence.
As a Portfolio Scheduler / Programme Planner, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining integrated programme schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring logical sequencing, managing dependencies, and identifying the critical path to support successful delivery.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, challenging assumptions around timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure realistic and achievable plans. The role also involves analysing the impact of changes, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and developing mitigation strategies.
Additionally, you will provide clear reporting and insights on schedule performance, helping to drive informed decision-making across the programme.
