There is an opportunity for a Medical Advisor (Disease Area Specialist (DAS)), Innovative Medicines, to join their Medical Affairs global team on an initial 6-month rolling contract. This role is inside IR35 and requires on-site presence 2/3 days per week in Uxbridge.
Your new role involves joining the Medical Affairs team as a Medical Advisor (DAS), focusing on delivering medical expertise across the innovative Medicines portfolio. You will be a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders, playing a strategic role in therapy areas, anticipating future business needs, and driving innovative solutions.
You will maintain deep scientific knowledge of the products and therapy areas to act as an expert internally and externally. The role also includes New Products Planning, providing medical expertise to assess opportunities for early-stage assets to inform launch and commercialisation decisions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will hold a life sciences degree.
- You will have expert experience in Medical Affairs in early, mid, and late-stage product lifecycle management.
- You will have experience in product strategy development, product launch, and managing vendors in Medical Information.
- Must have Immunology experience.
- HTA Experience - NICE.
- You will be proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage teams across multiple cultures to drive optimal outputs for both global and local teams.
- You will be comfortable dealing with challenges arising from different countries and driven by solution-finding.
