Your new role involves supporting laboratory and manufacturing operations as a Manufacturing Technician. Responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine QC testing on finished products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Supporting cleanroom operations (Grade C/D), following aseptic techniques and GMP requirements.
- Completing and reviewing GMP documentation: batch records and ensuring right-first-time accuracy.
- Maintaining laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall operational performance.
- Ensuring all activities are completed in line with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience in formulation or manufacturing processes is highly desirable, particularly within a laboratory or production setting.
- Exposure to cleanroom environments and an understanding of aseptic techniques and GMP standards.
- Experience carrying out QC testing and/or environmental monitoring would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of GMP documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and quality systems, with a focus on right-first-time accuracy.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, process-driven environment, working to production timelines and strict quality standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across lab and manufacturing functions.
- A degree in a relevant life sciences discipline (or equivalent experience).
