Due to an increasing project workload, an opportunity has arisen for a PMO Support / Project Coordinator to join the team and provide project support across a portfolio of device assembly and operational projects within a regulated environment. This role offers the chance to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality and validation teams while supporting the successful delivery of critical site projects.

As a PMO Support / Project Coordinator, you will provide project coordination and administrative support across a portfolio of approximately 16 live and upcoming projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help ensure projects remain on track by supporting planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination and documentation activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting multiple concurrent projects across the portfolio
  • Maintaining project trackers, action logs and project documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas and minutes
  • Following up actions and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting project reporting and governance activities
  • Assisting with change control and project documentation processes
  • Working with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Validation stakeholders
  • Identifying and escalating project risks, issues and delays
  • Providing general PMO and project support to enable successful project delivery

This is a support-focused position, with overall project ownership remaining with the Project Manager.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a PMO Support, Project Coordinator, Project Support or Assistant Project Manager role
  • Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or GMP-regulated environment would be advantageous
  • Exposure to validation, CQV, change control or manufacturing projects would be beneficial but is not essential

What you'll get in return:

  • Initial 12-month contract
  • Hybrid working arrangement (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
  • Competitive daily rate
  • Opportunity to work on a variety of manufacturing and device-related projects
  • Exposure to a regulated pharmaceutical and medical device environment
