Your new role This is an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Associate to join a highly regarded team in Guildford. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of pensions and life assurance matters, including advisory, transactional and regulatory work.Your responsibilities will include advising trustee and employer clients on day-to-day pension scheme and life assurance scheme matters, including governance, benefit structures and regulatory compliance. You will support the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, conducting due diligence and assisting with drafting pensions-related documentation.
