Shipping/Trade Litigation Lawyer 3+ To £££ This market-leading firm is looking for a versatile lawyer to join their energy, marine and natural resources practice and handle a broad range of shipping, trade and transport matters either in their London or Guildford office. Clients include Far East and European Cargo insurers, oil majors, national oil companies, and international commodity traders. The candidate will support the team on a broad spectrum of commodity disputes, related charterparty and bill of lading disputes, as well as cargo recoveries and general average claims. Previous experience within the shipping/trade sector is desirable, but not essential. Solicitors with a strong commercial litigation background and an interest in this area are welcome to apply.
