Your new company A leading national law firm with a highly regarded insurance practice is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its growing Commercial Insurance team.
The team acts for a prestigious insurer and corporate client base, handling a broad range of complex property damage and insurance disputes across the UK.

This role is open to retrains for those with previous insurance litigation, clinical negligence or group litigation experience and a keen interest in this area of law.
Your new role You will manage your own caseload of property damage claims whilst supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex losses.
This work includes: First-party property damage claims Third-party property damage disputes Policy coverage matters Product liability claims Subrogated recovery actions Large loss and complex commercial insurance litigation You will be responsible for progressing matters from initial instruction through to resolution, providing strategic advice to insurer clients and maintaining high service standards throughout.
