The team proudly acts for some of the leading companies in the sector, advising construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and their insurers across various industry sectors, providing comprehensive project advice.
Candidate Profile
They seek candidates with experience advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants' appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third-party rights, and security documentation), joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, alliance agreements, etc. The firm has an extensive portfolio of international work, with many projects based in the Middle East and Africa, regions experiencing rapid growth and offering excellent opportunities. International project experience is preferred but not essential. The role is suitable for a solicitor with private practice and/or in-house experience.
