A significant proportion of your work will involve advising developers and other real estate businesses on a variety of contentious matters arising from development projects and land ownership issues.
You will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level with a strong track record of handling complex real estate disputes.
