Your new role
This rare opportunity would suit an experienced Employment Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate looking to play a key role in the growth of a specialist practice.
You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters whilst helping to develop client relationships, support business growth and contribute to the firm's long-term strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced employment lawyer operating at Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate level with strong technical expertise across both contentious and advisory employment matters.
Experience of business development, client relationship management and generating new work will be highly advantageous.
You should be commercially minded, collaborative in your approach and motivated by the opportunity to play a leading role within a growing boutique practice.
