Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor through to approximately 5 years PQE to join an established asbestos and occupational disease team.
You will manage your own caseload of litigated industrial disease matters whilst supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value claims.
The team acts for individuals suffering from a broad range of occupational illnesses and respiratory conditions, providing meaningful and rewarding work that makes a genuine difference to clients and their families.
Your responsibilities: Managing a caseload of asbestos and occupational disease claims from inception through to resolution.
Handling a range of cases including mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis, pleural thickening, occupational asthma, silicosis and other workplace-related illnesses.
Running litigated matters independently with appropriate supervision.
