The Opportunity
I am currently working with a specialist group litigation boutique law firm on a group litigation role at either Associate or Senior Associate level.
The role will involve building and running collective actions. They are looking for someone to be involved in all aspects of the business, from building cases, putting together a team of counsel, economists and experts, seeking funding, launching these actions then running the cases. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of developing in some of the most rapidly developing areas of law and be part of growing a small but ambitious law firm.
Some of their notable opponents to date include Apple, Amazon, Mercedes, Vodafone, O2, Three and EE.
The ideal candidate:
- Have outstanding academics
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigator, with some experience of group litigation, collective actions, competition or high value commercial litigation
