Your new role You will join a specialist employment team advising employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The role will include tribunal litigation, employment advisory work, workplace investigations, settlement agreements and day-to-day HR support.
Working directly alongside experienced lawyers, you will quickly gain responsibility, client exposure and the opportunity to play a key role in developing client relationships.
What you ll need to succeed You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or have up to 2 years PQE with a strong grounding in employment law.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant employment law experience gained during their training contract and/or post-qualification role.
You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a commercial, client-focused approach.
