Your new company is a leading international law firm with a market-leading insurance practice seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its specialist Credit Hire team. The team acts for a wide range of insurer and corporate clients, delivering end-to-end dispute resolution across credit hire and motor claims. Your new role involves managing your own caseload of litigated credit hire and vehicle damage claims, working within a high-performing team focused on delivering strong outcomes for insurer clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a caseload of mixed-value litigated credit hire and motor damage matters (small claims through to multi-track)
- Managing claims proactively from instruction through to resolution
- Reviewing liability, indemnity and associated losses (including PI and diminution claims)
- Delivering high-quality legal advice in line with client service standards and commercial expectations
- Identifying and managing risk, compliance and procedural issues
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationships
