Fantastic opportunity at this international City firm for an ambitious construction litigator to advise developers, lenders, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodies on both formal disputes and project advisory stages.

You will advise on consultant appointments, warranties, construction and development contracts across various sectors including residential, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport.

This role offers the chance to get involved in high-value international arbitration and adjudication matters.

Ideally, you will have solid experience in construction litigation, with good knowledge of the TCC, adjudication processes, and experience in preparing pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
