Your new role Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and telecoms work.
Lead transactions from instruction through to completion.
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property agreements.
Support clients involved in strategic development projects.
Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
Work closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate and Transactional Property Group.
Participate in business development, networking and profile-raising activities.
Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
Deliver commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned to clients business objectives.
