Your new role: This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a truly varied range of disputes work. This will include general contractual litigation, injunctions, IP and IT disputes as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. The client list is impressive and includes a mix of larger corporates as well as SMEs. This dispute resolution role will enable you to work closely with the client list and also to play an active role in business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed: You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' PQE. With good academics, you should also have well-rounded technical skills.
