Enjoy a broad-ranging caseload including joint ventures, collaborations and partnerships; new models of care provision in the NHS; outsourcing, insourcing and shared services; health and local government integration, as well as a wide variety of business to business and business to consumer contracts in the independent health and social care markets. Working with both public and private sector clients you will also advise on shared services, challenging governance issues and the regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
