Typically, you will have at least 6 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally from a leading law firm or in-house within asset finance, or banking. Demonstrates subject matter expertise across a broad range of financial law issues. You bring strong commercial acumen aligned with senior legal roles in the industry. Possesses substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial/finance agreements. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with senior internal stakeholders and partnership-level external counsel.
