Due to a relocation, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant to join the Professional Services business on a significant desk, with support from three counterparts assisting with permanent placements. This role is suitable for a Senior Consultant or above, offering the chance to develop a substantial "business within a business". The desk operates within the Inhouse legal markets.

Currently, there are three permanent consultants, and recent high demand for temporary workers has led to increased investment in the temporary sector. Previously, the desk generated a £30k daily billing, which has decreased due to a lack of experienced leadership. We seek an experienced professional to re-engage the high demand and expand the desk further.

Building strong relationships is crucial in legal recruitment, as many business opportunities are exclusive and influenceable on rates, with an average margin of 24% (including contracted rates). This is an exciting opportunity to take over a high-potential desk with significant billing capacity.

You will work alongside a top-performing legal market leader, a nationally recognized top biller, and a collaborative team of ten consultants who foster a supportive and inclusive culture. The legal market in London has rebounded strongly, with recent figures showing £16k last period, already surpassing £170k this period, including over £100k in permanent placements.

This role is ideal for a high-performing Senior Consultant or above who enjoys building long-term relationships and advancing their career. Numerous progression opportunities are available.
