Hays Human Resources is a national team of almost 40 recruiters, 25 of whom are experienced, seasoned recruiters operating at Manager level or above. The London team has 10 recruiters, specialising in senior, specialist and HR support appointments and includes the top three national billers. They have healthy productivity, a diverse, loyal client base and are growing quarter on quarter.
As an experienced Recruiter, you will develop new, as well as strengthen existing, customer relationships and work to the ethos of \’having one customer\’. You will participate in our Hays HR Leadership series, networking with HR Leaders in London, and specialise in mid-senior HR leadership hiring for a commercial or financial services client base. You will have the opportunity to recruit for exclusive, senior positions, negotiate your own fees and enjoy lucrative earnings.
You\’ll need a proven track record of success in a recruitment role, with the ability to thrive in a corporate environment. You will be naturally inquisitive to help you build your market knowledge and strong business relationships. You will be ambitious, driven to progress your career quickly and have strong sales skills with the ability to consult and advise both clients and candidates. To do all of this, you will need excellent interpersonal skills with a passion to achieve results.
