As a Consultant at our flagship office in London City, you will bring your expertise to our team, either in your specialist sector or by challenging yourself to expand into a new sector. We are looking for innovative ways to attract the best talent and provide outstanding service in introducing them to suitable employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to appointment and post-start support.
- Client Engagement: Your role will be an equal split of candidate and client engagement activity.
- Strategic Focus: Concentrate on three key strategic themes: Be Visible and Build Relationships, Convert Candidate Relationships into Client Relationships, Build a Reputation as a True Recruiting Expert in Your Market.
