Your new role is a people development position with all-round L&D/OD responsibilities. It includes identifying, designing, and implementing organisational and business unit people development solutions to ensure the business has the skills and capabilities to achieve its strategy. You will identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement at organisational, product, and personal levels using a range of OD theories, tools, and techniques. Building strong relationships to understand people and performance needs, you will deliver effective L&D services and programs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A solid background in L&D/OD/People development — relevant experience and credibility are essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Well-versed in learning research and design, facilitation, training delivery, project and programme management, and coaching.
  • Proven experience in organisational development, learning and development, or HR roles, with a focus on partnering with business areas.
  • Experience in designing and delivering behavioural skills and team development training.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience, with the ability to develop leadership capabilities.
  • IT literacy, including MS Office applications and IT design software.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to research, design, and implement OD initiatives.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and systems.
  • Relevant qualification in OD, L&D, or HR (desirable).
  • Accreditation in coaching or mentoring (advantageous).
  • Accredited in OD/L&D diagnostics.

What you’ll get in return:

Competitive salary of £45,672 plus a car allowance of £7,250. The package includes a 7% pension, 7% private medical insurance for the individual, and life cover of 3x salary. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team with a dedicated line manager focused on your and your team’s success.
