As Interim HR BP, you partner with your stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives, advising on a generalist remit including change, culture, and engagement.

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven background of operating as an Interim HR BP gained in a technology or telecoms business where you will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate working across the generalist HR lifecycle as well as managing change, culture, and engagement projects. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can work in a hybrid manner from the London office for 3 days per week. It is essential that you can commit to the 6 month duration.
