Your new role
Reporting to the VP People and Talent, you will oversee the entire recruitment offering including managing a team of 7 recruiters to attract the best talent for technical and non-technical hiring. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment budget, implementing data and metrics to ensure informed decision-making, as well as ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey while also managing ED&I initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven background as a Head of Talent gained within a fintech or tech business, demonstrating your progression within the business. You will have worked in a startup or hyper-growth firm where you can showcase your experience in scaling the business and your team management experience. You will be able to demonstrate your creative approach to attracting the best talent across tech, engineering, data, and corporate functions, as well as your EDI experience. It is essential that you can work from the London office on a set 3 days per week basis.
