Fund Administration Firm in London, City (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) is seeking an Associate Director for Benefits, Compensation & Payroll.

Salary: £90-115k + Package + Shares Equity

Permanent position, 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of a team of 10 - 7 headcount in benefits and 3 payroll across 22 countries; 2,000 global headcount across the organisation.
  • Overseeing people in the US, Jersey & other EMEA locations.
  • Operating in an entrepreneurial environment, challenging existing processes and procedures.
  • Working as part of the senior HR leadership, reporting into the Global Head of Rewards, with a close relationship with the Group HR Director.
  • Managing outsourced benefits brokerage relationships and supplier performance.
  • Onboarding ADP globally across all locations, with essential experience in implementing ADP.
  • Supporting transformational change and evaluation, moving from manual processes to automated systems.
  • Enhancing the company's benefits offering and educating stakeholders on benefits processes to improve employee experience.
  • Conducting market research and maintaining external relationships to stay competitive and knowledgeable regarding industry standards and legislation.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience managing a benefits and payroll team within a professional services or financial services firm.
  • Accounting qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level with experience in implementing change and transformation.
  • Proven knowledge of global processes, with recent experience managing a global team.
  • Willingness to work in London City offices, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home (Anchor office days Monday & Tuesday).
  • Eligible to work in the UK - Sponsorship is not possible for this role.
  • Previous experience supporting a firm through multiple annual pay cycles.
