Your New Role As the Reward Partner, you ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a global reward strategy for a complex, international organisation.

Partnering closely with the Head of Reward, you ll lead cyclical reward activities, analyse market trends, ensure compliance with evolving legislation, and act as a trusted expert to senior stakeholders across the business.

This is a high impact, specialist role where your insight will directly influence reward decisions and organisational performance.

Responsibilities As Total Reward Partner, you will be responsible for: Annual reward cycles - Lead key processes including annual salary review, short term and long term incentive plans, and ad hoc reward programmes.

Global mobility support - Contribute to global mobility activity and statutory reporting for globally mobile employees, including short term business visitor requirements.

Regulatory reporting - Support delivery of CEO pay ratio, Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency requirements and Directors Remuneration reporting.
