Are you an experienced HR professional with strong reward and payroll knowledge looking for your next interim opportunity? We re supporting a well-known Government organisation as they seek an HR professional to join their People Services team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting strategic reward initiatives whilst providing expert HR advice across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Head of People Services across a range of HR activities Pay benchmarking and reward-related projects Supporting gender pay gap reporting and analysis Responding to payroll queries and providing guidance to stakeholders Interpreting and advising on HR policies and procedures Managing and developing two Band B direct reports Building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation About You CIPD qualified or equivalent experience Strong HR generalist background with reward and payroll exposure Experience supporting pay and reward initiatives Confident interpreting HR policies and advising managers Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Available to start at short notice What s on Offer?
