A large media organisation is looking for a Reward Manager to join its central people function. This role offers broad exposure across reward, benefits, HRIS and governance, supporting a diverse business internationally.
You will play a key role in delivering group wide reward projects, including compensation cycles, benchmarking, data integrity, reporting and benefits support. You will also help maintain core reward processes, partner with senior stakeholders, and bring structure and consistency in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for someone analytical, numerate, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a complex organisation. You will bring solid reward experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to take ownership while working collaboratively. Experience with WTW GGS, Workday and Excel is important.
