Interim Recruitment Partner - Operational Directorate 6-Month Contract (Extension Likely) £26 per hour | Grade D | Birmingham (3 days on-site)

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join a high-impact programme within a busy operational directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale recruitment plan, supporting the mobilisation of over 700 roles across a diverse and essential service.

Working closely with the Resourcing Lead, you will be embedded within the directorate and collaborate with service leaders and Heads of HR to deliver end-to-end recruitment. You will play a critical role in ensuring recruitment activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed processes, while supporting a high-volume and fast-paced hiring environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment across a high volume of roles
  • Partner with service leaders and HR teams to deliver against an ambitious workforce plan
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment best practice and ensure process adherence
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and guiding them to achieve effective outcomes
  • Support consistency and quality across all recruitment activity
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
