This is a key role responsible for leading and overseeing all recruitment compliance activity, ensuring the organisation remains fully compliant with employment legislation, immigration requirements, safeguarding standards and internal employment policies. You will act as the subject-matter expert for recruitment compliance processes, providing leadership, assurance and guidance across the recruitment life cycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage recruitment compliance activity across the organisation. Ensure full compliance with Right to Work legislation and maintain robust audit trails for all employees and workers. Oversee visa sponsorship processes, including Certificates of Sponsorship, Skilled Worker visa requirements and immigration monitoring.
