Due to increased workload, my client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide interim support to their HR Business Partnering team.

Your new role

Working remotely as part of a supportive HR function, you will provide HR advisory and employee relations support across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases
  • Supporting investigations and providing guidance to investigating officers
  • Managing Occupational Health referrals and associated processes
  • Assisting with Subject Access Requests, including document redaction
  • Providing guidance on probation, attendance, sickness absence and policy matters
  • Drafting HR correspondence and outcome letters
  • Supporting documentation management, filing and record retrieval
  • Advising on family leave, medical appointments, career breaks and other HR policies

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working at HR Advisor level
  • Strong employee relations and case management experience
  • Ability to work independently within a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards is desirable
  • Experience supporting healthcare, public sector or highly regulated environments would be advantageous
