About the Role
As a Programme Manager, you will work within the Transformation function to design, implement and embed sustainable change, ensuring measurable improvements in service delivery, efficiency and customer experience. You will operate at the heart of the organisation, working closely with senior leaders, stakeholders and partners to drive forward impactful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
- Develop and implement robust programme frameworks, governance, and reporting structures
- Manage the full programme life cycle, including business case development, planning, implementation and benefits realisation
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Lean) to ensure effective delivery
- Drive business design and process improvement
