We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to support an organisation through a significant period of organisational change.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead and advise on a defined change programme, providing expert guidance on consultation activity, organisational restructuring and potential redundancies.
Alongside this, you will contribute to wider strategic HR initiatives, including policy development and organisational planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage organisational change and consultation processes for a designated client group.
Provide expert advice and support on restructuring, redundancy and employee relations matters.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver people-focused change initiatives.
Support the review, development and implementation of HR strategy and policies.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice throughout the change process.
About You
An experienced HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR professional.
Proven track record of leading complex organisational change, restructuring and redundancy programmes from start to finish.
Strong HR generalist background with excellent employee relations expertise.
Confident, influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
Experience within the charity, not-for-profit or public sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
Offer 3 days per week via Hays online weekly time sheets 3 months initial contract until end of December with scope for progression until end of June 3 days per week on-site New Forest
