Exciting opportunity for a permanent, experienced Senior Reward Business Partner, to own and shape the Reward agenda in a dynamic, high-performance professional services business. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who thrives on visibility, influence and delivery. You'll be the go-to reward expert for the business, bringing market insight, commercial thinking and clear, pragmatic solutions.
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end compensation framework, ensuring it supports business strategy and performance.
- Lead annual salary and bonus reviews end-to-end, from design through to execution.
- Manage benchmarking with Willis Towers Watson and translate market data into meaningful insight.
- Lead Gender Pay Gap reporting, including analysis, narrative and actions.
- Partner closely with RemCo, producing high-quality papers and packs and simplifying complex reward information for senior audiences.
- Be highly visible within the business, building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Bring a strong external lens, spotting market trends and advising proactively.
- Continuously optimise reward processes and the HR system, driving efficiency and clarity.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Reward BP, ideally within a professional services organisation.
- Strong track record of managing end-to-end salary and bonus reviews.
- Deep technical reward knowledge, combined with commercial acumen.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, Exec and RemCo.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complexity into clarity.
