HR Advisor (TUPE & Change) in Manchester

A growing, purpose-driven public sector organisation currently undergoing a significant period of change, seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support their journey. (One day on-site per week min). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional, with change management expertise, looking to further develop their generalist HR career within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role offers significant exposure across employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and HR project work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business. The Opportunity Reporting into the Head of People, you will provide a proactive and high-quality HR advisory service, supporting managers with a range of matters whilst contributing to wider People initiatives and projects. As the business are going through a period of change, you will support with these processes directly. (TUPE experience essential). You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to help deliver people-focused solutions and maintain an excellent employee experience. Key responsibilities will include: Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters including absence, performance, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases. Supporting organisational change initiatives and leading on TUPE transfers, including due diligence and consultation processes. Managing HR projects and contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and best practices. Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance activities. Partnering with hiring managers to support workforce planning, selection and candidate experience. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
