A growing, purpose-driven public sector organisation currently undergoing a significant period of change, seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support their journey. (One day on-site per week min).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional, with change management expertise, looking to further develop their generalist HR career within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The role offers significant exposure across employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and HR project work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business.

Reporting into the Head of People, you will provide a proactive and high-quality HR advisory service, supporting managers with a range of matters whilst contributing to wider People initiatives and projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to help deliver people-focused solutions and maintain an excellent employee experience.

Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters including absence, performance, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases.

Managing HR projects and contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and best practices.

Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance activities.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Supporting equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and wider People team objectives.

Exposure to a broad range of HR activities and projects.
