About the role
The HR Advisor will play a key role in delivering a proactive HR service, supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. The People Advisor will also help drive efficient recruitment processes and contribute to HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice on employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, etc.)
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection activity
- Guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law
- Support absence management and Occupational Health processes
- Contribute to HR projects and policy development
- Maintain accurate employee records and reporting
About you
- Experience in a People/HR Advisor/Officer/Coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident supporting managers with ER matters
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience), with further study desirable
