Hays HR is delighted to be partnering with a large, high-performing organisation to recruit a Head of Organisational Development & Culture in West London.

This is a newly created leadership opportunity, offering the chance to shape organisational culture, workforce capability and employee experience as part of an ambitious long-term people strategy.

Reporting to a senior People leader and working closely with executive stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership across organisational development, culture transformation, leadership development and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of a long-term workforce and organisational development strategy.

Conduct workforce capability and skills reviews, identifying future talent and development needs.

Design and implement a comprehensive CPD framework, including digital and blended learning solutions.

Develop and launch a scalable leadership development programme for current and future leaders.

Drive organisation-wide culture change initiatives aligned to employee experience and organisational performance objectives.

Partner with senior leaders to enhance engagement, wellbeing, attendance, retention and organisational effectiveness.
