An established professional services organisation is seeking a Benefits Associate to join its Employee Benefits team. Known for its collaborative culture and client‑focused approach, the firm supports employers in delivering competitive and well‑designed employee benefit solutions.
Working within a strong Benefits team, you will assist in managing client relationships, sourcing and reviewing benefit quotes, maintaining accurate records across internal systems, and supporting the delivery of workplace pensions, group risk, medical and other employee benefit solutions. You will also liaise with providers, coordinate client meetings, prepare documents and contribute to projects and process improvements.
