This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and successful HR team and provide a comprehensive generalist HR service, reporting to the Site HR Business Partner.

This will include all areas of generalist HR, from Employee Relations/case management, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, resource planning, L&D activities, employee life cycle work, audit work, employee engagement; as well as being involved in continuous improvements and project work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Officer/Coordinator to build their career further - or for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and successful team.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 - or studying towards - or suitably equivalent level of experience.
  • Solid experience in a generalist HR role, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, with experience managing employee relations cases.

The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary - DOE and qualifications - circa £40k.
