Interim People Partner - Lincoln - 9 month FTC - £32,000 to £37,000 DOE and qualifications plus benefits.

Your new role:
You will join the HR team to cover a period of secondment on a FTC. Reporting to the Head of People in a supportive and collaborative HR team. Working closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, you will:
- Provide advice and guidance on a range of people matters, including employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Support employee relations casework, with guidance and support.
- Contribute to the delivery of key People Plan initiatives, including wellbeing, Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), and leadership development.
- Champion a culture of wellbeing and inclusion across the organisation.
- Help ensure People policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and fairly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve people practices and outcomes.
This is a role that will suit a Senior / HR Advisor or Partner who likes to work in the ER/generalist HR area as well as having input into the strategic plan/projects. This role will develop your People expertise in a varied and rewarding role, build your confidence across a broad range of HR activities and give you exposure to People Initiatives and projects.
What you will get in return:
- A competitive salary is on offer, dependent on your experience and skill set - £32,000 to £37,000 DOE and qualifications.
- 1 day a week working from home.
- 30 or 37.5 hours a week (4 or 5 days option).

What you'll need to succeed:
The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in an ER / HR Advisory. Has a good understanding of employment law and HR best practice, with the confidence to apply this in day-to-day situations. Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified and/or Level 5 (or studying towards) - or suitably equivalent demonstrable experience. Experience within education or the public sector would be an advantage - but is not essential.
