Your new company is a Financial Services organisation in London. Prior industry experience in London Financial Services is preferable for this role.
Your new role as HR Business Partner / Employee Relations involves operating as a trusted adviser to Heads of Department and senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives while taking ownership of complex and sensitive employee relations matters across the organisation.
This is a hands-on HRBP role combining strategic business partnering with end-to-end ER case management. You will lead workplace investigations, support organisational change initiatives and ensure all employee relations activity is compliant with UK employment legislation and internal policy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end disciplinary, grievance and appeal investigations, delivering thorough and timely outcomes
- Advising managers on disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with UK employment law
- Conducting fact-finding investigations, interviews and evidence reviews, producing clear and well-reasoned reports
- Handling high-risk and complex ER cases, including misconduct, performance and regulatory matters
- Supporting organisational restructures, including consultation planning, selection criteria and individual consultations
- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, organisational design and culture initiatives
