Your new role This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will lead a busy HR Service Centre responsible for delivering a full employee lifecycle service. You will oversee service delivery, manage and develop a team of HR professionals, and ensure the provision of a responsive, customer-focused HR operation. Acting as the escalation point for complex HR matters, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve processes, enhance service standards and drive continuous improvement. The role also has significant involvement in HR systems, data management, compliance and the implementation of people-related projects and initiatives.
