Your New Organisation Growing, community-focused organisation currently seeking a People Operations Manager to lead a small, passionate HR team through an exciting period of transformation.

An excellent fit for an experienced HR Manager, with strong knowledge of current employment law and a broad range of experience with complex ER casework management, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys relationship building and coaching and developing others.

Fixed Term Contract until 31st May 2027.

Your New Role Reporting to the Head of People and managing a team of 4 (3 People Advisors and 1 Administrator), you will support a wide range of people initiatives and operational HR activities including: Day-to-day leadership of the People team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery across the employee life cycle.

Oversight of ER cases - coaching advisors on lower-level issues and leading on complex matters.

Oversight of recruitment and onboarding, acting as the escalation point for the team.

Partnering with directorates to support strategic people initiatives.

Supporting cultural change and modernisation of systems and processes.

TUPE and change management.

Supporting wellbeing and engagement during a period of change.
