We are partnering with a highly successful, values-led organisation seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team in a visible and influential role. This is an opportunity to step beyond traditional HR management and become a trusted adviser. You will have the autonomy to shape your agenda, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to both strategic people initiatives and day-to-day operational HR activity.
Working closely with senior leaders and site management teams, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support across a wide range of people matters, including:
- Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and talent strategy.
- Coaching and developing managers to build leadership capability.
- Leading on employee relations matters and providing expert HR guidance.
- Supporting succession planning, talent management and employee development initiatives.
- Driving employee engagement, culture and wellbeing programmes.
- Using HR data and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Contributing to wider people projects and organisational change initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted adviser who can challenge constructively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
