Your new company Hays HR is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced HR Data Systems Lead on a 6 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-focused HR professional to take ownership of the organisation s HR systems function, driving continuous improvement, data integrity, reporting capability, and system optimisation.
Your new role Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead the development, maintenance and optimisation of the organisation s HR information system, ensuring it supports both operational delivery and wider strategic objectives.
Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital teams and key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing system functionality, improving processes and driving data-led decision-making across the business.
Key
Responsibilities: Lead the ongoing maintenance, configuration and optimisation of the HR system (ITrent), including workflows and process improvements.
Manage system administration, monitoring system performance and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, guidance documentation and training materials.
Produce and analyse HR data and management information, supporting both scheduled and ad hoc reporting requirements.
