HR Advisor - 16 months FTC - Sheffield - 36-41k DOE - plus excellent benefits - Hybrid/ 2 days a week WFH. Your new role This respected and continuously improving large organisation is seeking 2 HR Advisors for FTCS - a period of 16 months. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful HR team and provide a comprehensive generalist HR service, partnering with leaders and employees to support a wide range of people-related activities. You will play a key role in delivering professional HR advice, managing employee relations matters, supporting organisational change, and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. One role will support the Clinical Service areas - including involvement in an upcoming TUPE project and employee consultation activities. Occasional travel to other sites will be required and therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. The second role will support the core Operational functions - including Distribution, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain. Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of people matters.
