Interim FM Transformation Lead Hybrid Working 550 per day Inside IR35 Initial 6-month contract A large public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Interim FM Transformation Lead to drive a high-profile Facilities Management transformation programme. This strategic assignment will focus on reviewing future FM delivery models, evaluating options, developing recommendations, and producing an implementation plan that delivers a high-performing, flexible and value-for-money FM service. Working closely with senior leaders, commissioners, commercial teams and service stakeholders, you will lead the end-to-end transformation programme, providing strategic direction, robust governance and clear recommendations to support key decision-making and future service delivery arrangements. Key Responsibilities Lead the Facilities Management transformation programme from mobilisation through to implementation planning. Develop and evaluate future FM delivery models, undertaking strategic, operational and commercial assessment of all options.
