We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations specialist to shape and deliver major change programmes. This role partners closely with Business Leaders to lead change programmes across the business estate.

You will be doing:

  • Strengthening leader and HR capability to manage ER confidently throughout change.
  • Integrating ER into all change activities, partnering with mid-senior level management to shape outcomes from the start.
  • Establishing consistent ER frameworks and processes to enable efficient, scalable delivery across programmes.
  • Ensuring consultation and implementation plans are structured, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Using ER insights and trend data to guide decisions and proactively flag emerging risks.
  • Acting as the expert lead on complex ER issues such as restructures, consultations, and union or employee forum engagement.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify and digitise ER activity to improve speed and efficiency.
